  • For Strategy Providers (Traders being copied): Your trading history, performance statistics (e.g., % gain/loss, risk score, asset allocation), trade frequency, and the number of copiers you have. Your username and profile picture (if provided) will be publicly visible.
  • For Copiers (Users who copy): The details of which Strategy Providers you are copying, the amounts allocated to them, and the performance of your copied trades.

3. How and Why We Use Your Data (Legal Basis)

We use your personal data for the following purposes, based on a lawful foundation:

  • To Provide Our Services (Performance of a Contract):
    • To register you as a new user.
    • To manage your trading account.
    • To execute your trades and copy trading instructions.
    • To process your deposits and withdrawals.
  • To Comply with Legal Obligations (Legal Obligation):
    • To verify your identity and conduct "Know Your Customer" (KYC) checks as required by our **Anti-Money Laundering (AML)** and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) obligations.

    • If you are a Strategy Provider, your username, performance statistics, and trade history will be made available to other users (Copiers) on the platform so they can evaluate and decide to copy you. We will never share your real name, contact details, or account balance.
    • If you are a Copier, your personal identity is not shared with the Strategy Provider you are copying. They may only see aggregated, anonymous data (e.g., "You have 150 copiers").
  • Service Providers: Third-party companies that help us operate our business, such as payment processors, KYC verification services, IT hosting providers, and customer support software.
  • Liquidity Providers and Brokers: Partners necessary to execute the trades on your behalf.
  • Regulators and Authorities: Regulatory bodies (such as BaFin in Germany, if applicable), law enforcement, and other authorities as required by law.

5. Data Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. This includes encryption, access controls, and secure data storage protocols.
